1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the ppbip platform ("we", "our", "platform") and the user ("you", "user"). By accessing the ppbip website or using its services, you automatically become bound by these Terms.

ppbip is an online casino and betting platform that provides services in Bengali for users in Bangladesh. The platform operates using SSL encryption and follows a fair play policy.

• These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and that version is the authoritative one.
• Even if a translation exists in another language, the Bengali version shall be considered the effective version.

2 Account Registration & Use

When opening an account at ppbip, you must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information. We reserve the right to cancel at any time any account created with false information.

2.1 Single Account Use

Each person may operate only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Password Security

Keep your login credentials completely confidential. Do not share your password with any third party. You are solely responsible for any unauthorized activity on your account.

2.3 Identity Verification

ppbip may request identity verification from a user at any time. If the required documents are not provided in time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

• A copy of a national ID card or passport may be requested.
• Ownership of the payment method may be verified.
• Suitable documents may be requested as proof of address.

3 Age Restriction

ppbip is for users aged 21 and above only. Persons under 21 may not use this platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.

ppbip uses various technical measures to protect minors from gambling. Parents are requested to keep parental controls active on their devices.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at ppbip is ৳100. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Only these three methods are supported.

• If a deposit is not credited for any reason, please contact support.
• Use the correct mobile number and details when making a deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification is mandatory before withdrawing an amount greater than your deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds earned from bonuses.
• If wagering is incomplete, a withdrawal may be held.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ppbip offers various promotional offers. Please read the relevant terms carefully before accepting these offers.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit and bonus combined. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered to withdraw the bonus funds.

• Once a bonus is accepted, wagering requirements apply automatically.
• Some games may not contribute toward fulfilling wagering requirements.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be accepted at the same time.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• ppbip reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

Regular players can join ppbip's VIP program. There are five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. A weekly cashback of up to 1.2% is provided at each level. The decision to change a player's VIP level is at ppbip's discretion.

6 Fair Use & Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited to ensure the smooth operation of the ppbip platform. Involvement in any of the following activities may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.

• Using "bonus arbitrage" or hedging strategies solely to cash out bonuses.
• Taking advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to fulfill wagering requirements by artificially creating betting patterns.
• Using third-party software, bots, or automation.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs for unfair advantage.
• Harassing or behaving harmfully toward other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Closure at User's Initiative

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

7.2 Closure at ppbip's Initiative

ppbip may suspend or cancel an account in the following circumstances:

• In case of a violation of these terms.
• If identity verification fails.
• If the account remains inactive for a long period.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Due to legal or regulatory requirements.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no activity for 12 months or more, the account may be marked as inactive. An administrative fee may apply to the balance of an inactive account.

8 Security & Privacy

ppbip uses SSL encryption technology to protect users' personal and financial information. Our platform follows a fair play policy.

11 Limitation of Liability
